Matthew McLaughlin, DPT, MSPT, CSTS, CEFE, CKTP

Matthew joined Workwell in 2007 after serving as rehab manager of outpatient services and the employee fitness/wellness center at Eastern Health Systems of Birmingham, Alabama. He has a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and holds master’s and doctoral degrees in physical therapy. Matthew not only provides services in the Fort Collins office but also provides corporate leadership to the Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC therapy department. He is a certified strength coach, essential functions evaluator, and Kinesio Taping practitioner.

Laurie Johnson, PTA

Laurie joined Workwell in 2013 with more than 20 years’ experience in occupational medicine. She received her training in the U.S. Army where she provided inpatient and outpatient therapy services as a PT assistant. Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Columbia College and has her PTA license in both Colorado and Wyoming.

Michelle Hykes, LMT, CKTP, CNA, RYT

Michelle came to Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC with a wide range of training. She received her LMT Certification in 2010 from the Academy of Natural Therapy and completed her CNA Certification through Aims Community College in 2011. In 2016, Michelle completed her KT1, 2, and 3 training and earned her CKTP Certification. Along with expanding her training, Michelle’s goal is to become a leader and innovator in integrative therapy in the medical profession.

Neal Tah, MD

Neal Tah is board certified in family medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Medical University of the Americas in Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies. Neal was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his residency program in Greenville, South Carolina, and grew up pulling for any and all Atlanta sports teams. He moved to Colorado in early 2016 where he and his family love spending time in the mountains and enjoying all the opportunities that Fort Collins offers.

Kevin Keefe, DO

Kevin Keefe received his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Drake University in Des Moines, IA in 1977 and went on to receive his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. Kevin practiced as an internist for 30 years and has been practicing occupational medicine since September of 2014. He is board certified in internal medicine and Level II certified. Dr. Keefe lives in Loveland with his wife.

Elizabeth Otto, NP

Beth Otto has been with Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC since 2016 and provides services to all offices in Northern Colorado. She received her family nurse practitioner award from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Beth has worked coast to coast; however, Colorado is where she now calls home.

Aileen 2018

Aileen Scoggins, MT

Aileen provides a professional and healing environment for each of her clients and strives to provide excellent client care by maintaining a positive attitude and balanced energy for a safe setting. She has completed 900 hours of Massage Therapist / Health Educator training and 350 hours of Advanced Neuromuscular training.
