Bruce Cazden, MD

Bruce Cazden has more than 25 years of occupational medicine experience in Northern Colorado. Dr. Cazden is Level II certified and licensed in both Colorado and California. He is fluent in Spanish and loves to travel with his wife.

David Kistler, Jr. MD

David Kistler, Jr. has been practicing occupational medicine for the past 10 years. He attended Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated with honors in 1972, earning his Doctorate of Medicine. He completed his family practice residency at Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Family Practice.

Bill Ford, ANP-C

Bill graduated from the University of Colorado with honors as a Level I-accredited registered nurse practitioner. He has been a fixture in our Longmont clinic since 1997. He enjoys his relationships with employers and patients who appreciate his easy-going nature and professionalism. Bill lives in Lyons with his wife and two children on a farm with lots of horses, cats, and chickens.

Evan Little, Physical Therapist

Evan joined Workwell in 2010 after receiving his master’s degree in physical therapy from California State University at Long Beach. He also holds a B.S. in physiology and neuroscience and a minor in psychology. Evan lives in Lafayette with his wife, two sons, and daughter. He enjoys exercise, gardening, hiking, and living in Boulder County.

Sunny Lee, PTA

Sunny attended the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where she pursued her major in community heath rehab and disability studies. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in 2013. When she’s not at work, she enjoys running, Zumba, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family.

Alex Miller, MT

Alex graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in December 2010 and joined Workwell in 2015. His goal as a massage therapist is to establish a self-myofascial massage program for clients who seek a safe and natural way to improve health and reduce everyday stresses and pains. When not at the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and stepchildren, playing disc golf, kayaking, and snowboarding.

Scott Sullivan, MHA, RKT, ATC, CSHE, CSFA

Scott has served as an Athletic Trainer for the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. He was a member of the USA medical staff for the 2005 Summer World University Games in Ismir, Turkey, and was chosen again as a Certified Athletic Trainer for the 2007 World University Games in Bangkok, Thailand providing sports medicine to the US athletes competing in the games. Scott joined Workwell in 2008 and continues to exceed expectations in developing programs for our clients, and providing care for patients.
