Emily Harris, PT, DPT Center Therapy Director
Emily’s interest in physical therapy began when she volunteered at a therapeutic riding center, where horses were used to enhance therapies, introducing her to the possibilities of physical therapy. She since received her BS in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado. Emily loves her job because she gets to help patients recover from their injuries while building relationships with them. No one else gets to spend as much time with patients as physical therapists do. Her favorite quote: “motion is lotion” because it’s a fun description of the basis of physical therapy. Emily spends most of her free time with her two horses.
Leslie’s career in massage therapy began with her own life-changing experience as a massage therapy patient. From that point on she knew she wanted to help people feel their best with the aid of this discipline. She is a graduate of the Naples Florida Health Academy Massage School and has been practicing since 2000. According to Leslie, “There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help someone return to work, the sport they love or just complete daily activities without pain.” In her free time, she likes to be outside, walking, biking, playing golf and tennis and spending time with family and friends.
