Paul Ogden, MD MSPH and Chief Medical Officer (Denver NE/Aurora)
Paul Ogden has been practicing Occupational Medicine in Colorado since 2010 and has experience providing primary care and medical director services for area employers. He completed medical school at Creighton University in Omaha and received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Wyoming. Dr. Ogden is Triple Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Family Medicine. He completed residencies at the University of Wyoming Family Practice in Casper and the University of Colorado in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine. He has a master’s degree in Public Health, he is Level II certified in Colorado, and he finds occupational medicine to be a perfect blend of his skills. Dr. Ogden and his wife enjoy traveling, seeing their grown children, and touring Colorado’s great outdoors. Currently working out of our Denver NE Office, he supports our physicians and staff in all of our clinic locations.
Judy Peinado, chief operating officer
Judy joined Workwell in 1999 as a Front Office Specialist. Over the years, she has displayed her ability to manage complex situations and be a leader within our organization. She has held a variety of positions within the company, including managing the Longmont clinic. She is also bilingual and DOT/BAT Certified. Judy is a Colorado native. She enjoys traveling with her husband and visiting local restaurants as an epicure.
Angie Lull, Director of Human Resources
Angie joined Workwell in December 2018 as our Director of Human Resources. She earned her B.S. in Human Resources Management from Regis University in Denver. She is also PHR and SHRM-CP certified and is an active member of the Boulder Area Human Resources Association (BAHRA). Angie is a Colorado native and when not working, she enjoys being in the mountains or spending time with family and friends.
Krissy Edwards, Controller
Krissy joined Workwell in April 2016 as our Corporate Controller. She has full responsibility over the financial operations of Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC. Under her leadership, our Central Business Office has transformed to integrate the referrals, billing, medical record, and legal departments. Her prior experience and relationships in the banking industry have shaped the company into a very stable and successful competitive player. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Franklin University and a master’s degree in Professional Accounting from CSU Global. Krissy is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Nate Johnson, Director of Business Development
Nate joined the Workwell Executive team in September 2017 and brings with him a proven track record of over 15 years of sales leadership experience. Before Workwell, Nate came from the background check industry, which paved the way for learning how to navigate through a compliance driven industry such as Occupational Medicine. A Minnesota State University alum and soccer player, Nate moved to Colorado in 2003 to enjoy skiing powder rather than ice on the midwestern hills.
Matthew McLaughlin, Physical Therapy Lead
Matthew joined Workwell in 2007 after serving as rehab manager of outpatient services and the employee fitness/wellness center at Eastern Health Systems of Birmingham, Alabama. He has a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and holds master’s and doctoral degrees in physical therapy. Matthew not only provides services in the Fort Collins office but also provides corporate leadership to the Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC therapy department. He is a certified strength coach, essential functions evaluator, and Kinesio Taping practitioner.
