Paul Ogden, MD, MPH, CMO (Level II)
Paul Ogden is double Board Certified in Preventative Medicine and Family Medicine. He has been an active primary treating provider in workers’ compensation and corporate medical director since 2010. He has practiced emergency medicine full time in Wyoming and rural family medicine in Alaska. After he completed medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, he completed residencies at the University of Wyoming and the University of Colorado. He also earned his master’s degree in public health. Dr. Ogden works part time in the Denver Northeast office. He is Level II-certified and also the Chief Medical Officer of Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC. Paul finds occupational medicine to be a perfect blend of his skills. He and his wife enjoy traveling, seeing their grown children, and touring Colorado’s great outdoors.
Brenden Matus, MD, MPH (Level II)
Brenden Matus received his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan and his Master of Public Health, Medical Epidemiology degree, from Loma Linda University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in May 2014 and completed his occupational medicine residency in 2017 under the tutelage of his co-worker Dr. Paul Ogden. His interests include hiking, camping, anything involving water or mountains, and visiting with friends.
Jocelyn Cavender, PA-C
Jocelyn started her medical career as an EMT while getting her bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology prior to obtaining her master’s degree as a Physician Assistant. She has worked in a variety of environments, including serving as a Department of Defense contractor in Afghanistan. Jocelyn has been specifically treating occupational medicine patients for over five years. Her passion is ensuring her patients feel like family. While going to the Maldives is on her bucket list, she says anywhere with her kid is her favorite place to be.
Lora Mozer, PT
Lora received her Bachelor of Science degree in human kinetics and leisure studies from The George Washington University and went on to get her master’s in physical therapy at Regis University. Lora has worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating from PT school in 1997. Since graduation, Lora has lived and worked in the Denver area.
Lauren Walker, PT
Lauren received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Northern Illinois University and has worked in the subacute, outpatient, home health rehab, and outpatient areas of healthcare. Her experience also includes starting her own PT practice within a chiropractic office before joining Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC. Lauren is married and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, skiing, running, yoga, cooking, and entertaining.
Cynthia Molloy, PT
Cynthia has been practicing physical therapy for more than 20 years and has traveled many areas of PT including acute care, home health, sports medicine, and private outpatient clinics. She is a lifelong learner, evident with her specialties, and she always likes to try new things. Her favorite places in the world are India, Nepal, and Bhutan.
Noemi Dire, MT
Noemi has provided therapeutic services to clients from all walks of life since 2011. She is ACCET and COMTA accredited, having completed more than 1,000 hours of formal training and more than 115 hours of bodywork internship with Denver School of Massage Therapy.
Rip Mobus, DC
Dr. Richard “Rip” Mobus is a 1990 graduate of Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, where he studied an evidence-based approach to manipulative medicine. Dr. Mobus has worked in an integrated setting with medical providers in occupational medicine while serving on various committees with the Colorado Division of Workers Comp and partnering with the Medical Task Force that revised neck and lower back medical treatment guidelines. He was also a course instructor for the Division of Work Comp Level 1 re-accreditation program for nine years. In his spare time, he also performs Independent Medical Exams and record reviews. Outside the workplace, Dr. Mobus competes in road cycling, having started his own team in 2016.
